Which cities do you deliver to?


At present, FUGO Living delivers in Delhi and National Capital Region, comprising of Gurgaon, Noida, and Ghaziabad, and in Bangalore.




Where are your stores located?


At present, we are online-only. We intend to open physical stores in major cities in due course.




Does FUGO undertake customisation requests?

What is the delivery timeline?


Majority of the items are delivered in 18-21 days. Certain custom order can take up to 30 days due to peculiarity in the design, procurement, manufactuing process. From our experience, we can tell that unneccessarily hastening only causes further delays.




I like a product on the website but want a few clarifications before placing the order.

How do I track my order status?


We are in the process of integrating our backend to a order tracking page. The order tracking page is expected to go-live on 15-April-2021. While we continue to work on this you may write to us.
