Warranty Policy

  • Warranty period:

    • For non-sheesham product: 3 years effective from date of delivery

    • For sheesham product: 5 years effective from the date of delivery

    • Start of the warranty period: Date of delivery

  • What is covered under warranty:

    • Only the wooden parts of the product are covered. 

    • Manufacturing defects such as cracks and fissures in wood

    • Use of warped or bent wooden planks and parts in the product 

    • Structural failures or any such structural compromises resulting in breakage

    • For sheesham products only, anti-termite promise and borer issues are covered during the warranty period

    • In-transit damages

  • What is not covered under warranty:

    • Non-wooden parts such as upholstery, fabric, metallic parts, marble tops, etc are not covered under warranty

    • Wear and tear and chipping away of material due to gradual usage, displacement, cleaning, etc of the product

    • Blunt marks and spots caused due to gradual usage, displacement, cleaning, etc of the product

    • Decay of wood due to continuous exposure of product to direct sunlight, moisture, water, and chemicals

SOFA Warranty

  • Warranty period:

    • For foam: 3 years effective from date of delivery

    • For Frame: 5 years effective from the date of delivery

    • Start of the warranty period: Date of delivery

  • What is covered under warranty:

    • Manufacturing defects such as cracks and fissures in wood

    • Use of warped or bent wooden planks and parts in the product 

    • Structural failures or any such structural compromises resulting in breakage

    • Sinking in of foam beyond the regular wear and tear extent.

    • In-transit damages

  • What is not covered under warranty:

    • Non-wooden parts such as upholstery, fabric, metallic parts, marble tops, etc are not covered under warranty

    • Wear and tear and chipping away of material due to gradual usage, displacement, cleaning, etc of the product

    • Blunt marks and spots caused due to gradual usage, displacement, cleaning, etc of the product

    • Decay of wood due to continuous exposure of product to direct sunlight, moisture, water, and chemicals

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only under following specific conditions:

  • Dead on arrival: Unlikely event of a product being expired on arrival or damaged to the extent that it impedes objective usage of the product.

  • Incorrect product: Product failing to comply with the specification as per original order or as communicated upon prior to the dispatch. However, incorrectness of the product shall also be subject to T&C as enlisted above.

  • Manufacturing defect: Any inherit defect hampering life of the product and as deemed beyond corrective measures by FUGO LIVING.

 


Note:

  • Customized orders can’t be returned

  • In case of any damages to the outer packet on delivery, the same needs to be brought to the notice of the delivery personal immediately along with following:

    • Highlighting the damages in the Proof of Delivery (POD) document that goes along with the delivery package.

    • Reporting in an email along with images to support@fugoliving.com

  • For all your returns, please go to "Complaints" section at the footer of the website and register within 7 days time frame starting from the date product was delivered. The date of delivery being as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.
