For sheesham product: 5 years effective from the date of delivery

What is covered under warranty:

Only the wooden parts of the product are covered.

Manufacturing defects such as cracks and fissures in wood
-
Use of warped or bent wooden planks and parts in the product

Structural failures or any such structural compromises resulting in breakage

For sheesham products only, anti-termite promise and borer issues are covered during the warranty period

What is not covered under warranty:

Non-wooden parts such as upholstery, fabric, metallic parts, marble tops, etc are not covered under warranty

Wear and tear and chipping away of material due to gradual usage, displacement, cleaning, etc of the product

Blunt marks and spots caused due to gradual usage, displacement, cleaning, etc of the product
-
Decay of wood due to continuous exposure of product to direct sunlight, moisture, water, and chemicals

Sinking in of foam beyond the regular wear and tear extent.

Wear and tear and chipping away of material due to gradual usage, displacement, cleaning, etc of the product

Blunt marks and spots caused due to gradual usage, displacement, cleaning, etc of the product

Return Policy
Returns are accepted only under following specific conditions:

Dead on arrival: Unlikely event of a product being expired on arrival or damaged to the extent that it impedes objective usage of the product.

Incorrect product: Product failing to comply with the specification as per original order or as communicated upon prior to the dispatch. However, incorrectness of the product shall also be subject to T&C as enlisted above.

Manufacturing defect: Any inherit defect hampering life of the product and as deemed beyond corrective measures by FUGO LIVING.

In case of any damages to the outer packet on delivery, the same needs to be brought to the notice of the delivery personal immediately along with following:

Highlighting the damages in the Proof of Delivery (POD) document that goes along with the delivery package.
